Transport Canada Requirements: this boat is to be rented as a pleasure craft under bare boat charter rules. It can only be used for pleasure. The renter is the only person who can hire the captain and crew. Although we can recommend some captains, the renter is free to choose any qualified captain by marine law. As a pleasure craft, you can only take guests of the renter. As a renter of the vessel, you have full control of decisions regarding the trip, captain and crew.
